Fairfield County Municipal Judge David A. Trimmer sentenced William F. Solomon, 68, of Baltimore. Solomon pleaded no contest on April 26 to minor misdemeanor charges related to the crashes.
I bought a new Honda HHT31SUNBA 31cc trimmer with bike handle. After 10 months, It developed a carb problem where it bog on high throtle and die after 10 minutes of running. The dealer change the carb and the fuel lines.
Since then, the trimmer won't idle when hot. It ran find during use, but when I let go of the throtle, it just slowly die. I kept adjusting the idle higher to the point when first start, the head start to spin. But after 10 minutes of running, the idle dropped low and if I don't rev it back up, it will eventually stop. When it die, It is very very hard to start it back up, I have to lock it at half throtle and keep pulling to start it back up. There is no obvious power drop if I kept running it, just don't idle after hot and hard to start again when it die. I have made the following attempt:

There are only two Honda dealers within 50 miles of my home; both selling the equipment for the same price, so I bought from the closest dealer. Glen's Mower and Repair Service had the HHT31 priced at $429+tx. That is higher than Honda's suggested price of $359, but I would easily spend the difference in fuel ($2.36/gal) trying to find a better deal. I figure the machine should last 20 years or more and $21.45/yr is an easier pill to swallow. Heck, I've spent more money on dumber things, that's for sure.

Possession: Cheyenne Sullivan, 18, of Antioch was charged on May 13 with illegal possession of alcohol, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and cited for disobeying a stop sign, driving with expired registration and without insurance.

Back in the 60's while living in CA they made us put smog devices on our cars to reduce the smog levels. When I left there in the late 70's the smog was still pretty bad. And last week during my visit I still could not see a change in the smog level, it was just as bad or worse than I remembered it. Three unknown offenders approached a victim on the 800 block of Home Ave. at 8:20 p.m. on May 11. Two of them robbed the victim at gunpoint, removing his briefcase, which contained miscellaneous items and $85 in cash. They then joined the third offender in a Silver Buick and fled the scene.
