Underage drinking: Devin Hoppe, 20, and Matthew Lewis, 20, both of Antioch, were charged with underage drinking and littering on May 17. Daniel Freeman, 23, of Antioch told police he bought a case of beer for them to drink at the end of Drom Court. He was charged with littering.
Possession: Cheyenne Sullivan, 18, of Antioch was charged on May 13 with illegal possession of alcohol, marijuana and drug paraphernalia and cited for disobeying a stop sign, driving with expired registration and without insurance.
Vicious dog: Victor Rodriguez, 44, of Antioch was charged with dog at large and vicious dog after his dog bit another dog and its owner on May 15.
Possession: Patrick Leathers, 31, of 632 Lagoon Terrace, Round Lake Beach, was charged with possession of marijuana and a controlled substance and for driving with expired registration on May 15.
Theft: Jovon Tolbert, 33, of Chicago was arrested and charged with theft of services May 16. Police also found he was named in a warrant for retail theft, police said.
Disorderly: Mason Swider, 18, of 1606 Ridgeway St., Round Lake Beach was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident May 20 at 1925 N. Route 83, police said.
Battery: Wendy Staples, 50, of Grayslake was charged with battery, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass after an incident May 21 a couple of blocks from her home, police said.
iPod taken: An iPod Nano worth $120 was reported stolen from Six Flags Great America. The incident occurred at the Roaring Rapids ride.
Bomb threat: An unidentified male broadcast a bomb threat over a walkie-talkie at Target. The male is believed to be a juvenile.
Theft ring: Diamond Massingale, 18; Yimyala Davis, 21; Tabitha Wren, 21; and Eyala Massingale, 42, all of Milwaukee, were charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing more than $1,500 of women’s and baby clothing from Old Navy.
Lawn gear missing: A Honda mower, two weed trimmers and a leaf blower were reported stolen from Columbia College of Missouri on Tri-State Parkway.
Bike swiped: A Trek 1000 bike was stolen from a garage in the 600 block of Waterbury Avenue. The bike was valued at $400.
Pot arrests: Mohammad Maher, 19, and Rodney Bader, 19, both of Gurnee, and Christopher Kwiatkoswki, 21, of Grayslake were charged with possession of cannabis. They were in a car parked on the roadway near the intersection of Briar and Hawthorne avenues.
Vandalism: Two vehicles parked in the 1600 block of Lind Lane were splattered with eggs, salad dressing and yogurt.
Hit and run: A vehicle was rear ended by a late-model blue Toyota Camry at the intersection of Route 132 and Almond Road. The driver of the Camry left the scene and is being sought.
Drug arrest: Antonio Tolbert, 27, was cited for possession of cannabis.
Motel theft: Brittany Williams, 19, was charged with Class 3 retail theft for allegedly taking between $4,000 and $10,000 from the cash drawer at Econolodge. Williams was taken into custody in lieu of $5,000 bond.
Traffic arrest: Steven Walsh, 39, of Libertyville was arrested at the Libertyville Sport Complex at 2 a.m. May 19 following a report of a suspicious vehicle. Police charged Walsh with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found a pipe and a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said.
Disorderly: Mark Allen Beatty, 53, of Libertyville was arrested Sunday after yelling at passing motorists and a business across the street from his home. He struggled with police and was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, police said.
Criminal damage: Phil Fields, 24, of Lindenhurst was cited May 15 for criminal damage to property, failure to use due care and improper lane use after he caused damage with his pickup truck to John Janega Park on Hickory Drive and the yard at 113 Longmeadow. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
Possession: Kenneth Monroe, 31, of Lindenhurst was cited for public intoxication and possession of marijuana and arrested on an outstanding warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia on May 18. He was taken to Lake County jail.
Sex assault: Juan Garcia-Suarez, 22, of Round Lake Park, recently was arrested and charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse, police said. He was also wanted by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, police said.
Battery: Erika Gonzalez-Mendoza, 33, of Rouond Lake Beach recently was arrested and charged with battery after placing an 11-year-old in a headlock and pulling him by the arm at Ellis School, police said.
Drug arrest: Raymond Brown, 20, of Antioch, John McQuarter, 25, of Chicago and Yecenia Lopez, 22, of Round Lake Beach were arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance after police stopped a suspicious vehicle recently in the 1900 block of Cedar Lake Road. Cocaine and Zanax, an anti-anxiety drug, were found in the vehicle along with $808. All three were also banned from the Cedar Villas.
DUI arrest: Jennifer Schatz, 41, of Zion was stopped in the 800 block of Kenosha Road for speeding May 19. She was charged with DUI, police said.
Traffic arrest: Kenneth Vizenor, 40, of Kenosha, Wis., was stopped Tuesday in the 100 block of Sheridan Road because of driving on suspended license registration. A search of his vehicle revealed a crack cocaine pipe. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, operation of an uninsured vehicle, and driving on a revoked license, police said.
