Question by TEDDY Z: Homelite weed eater won’t start, why?

Bought this pull string weed eater at a yard sale. Was told it was hard to start. Brought it home put new mixed gas in it and it started in 3 minutes. Next day…will not start. Bought new easy start plug. I have spark. Have compression. I put starting fluid directly into the head and it doesn’t even kick. Tried with throttle open and closed. Tried with choke on and off. Still won’t start. Not even a kick. What am I doing wrong? What could have gone wrong with it over night? Bewildered!
