I am a long time Amazon customer. First time making a review. Do NOT buy this reconditioned blower. I read every single review, weighed it, and went against my "gut" and purchase due to the great price. After less than a dozen uses blowing our sidewalk, it ceased to work. I contacted both the seller and Amazon, and neither would exchange/refund/repair. I am so disappointed with Amazon. Lesson learned...if someone takes the time to write a review, I will listen better next time. Again, DO NOT Purchase this!

Nice little blower. I have a small lot, just wanted to blow off porch, driveway and walkways. Fires right up and does what I wanted it to. Not sure how it will fare with leaves but I like it. A little buzzy but I think all 2 stroke engines are. Best deal for price.

I was initailly skeptical about getting a factory reconditioned item, and a little leery about buying something without seeing and feeling it. However I knew right out of the box that I hadn't made a mistake. This blower was light and compact and looked brand new. It fired right up and it works great!! For someone looking to blow off the patio or leaves on the grass, it is perfect. It is not SO powerful that it blows the green off the grass, but it is sufficient enough to do a good job for what the average homeowner would use it for. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the price I paid. My only concern was that it came in a box with no packing material for protection during shipping. Fortunately, mine was not damaged in transit.

Refurbished is normally fine to buy, as long as you're buying from a manufacturer who will stand behind the product they have put out and will take care of it if any problems occur. This stopped working after 30 minutes. The seller (Motown USA) is awful with their customer service, so have fun if you buy it and something happens to it. Either you have to have amazing patience or you're out the $60. We bought this on May 18. As I write this it is July 9th and I JUST received my notification from Amazon, who had to intervene since I could get nowhere with the seller, that my refund is being processed. Amazon is amazing and they're A to Z guarantee is something they really do stand behind. Motown USA: SUCKS! I hope Amazon chooses to discontinue doing business with them since they do not exemplify positive customer service in any way.

WELL, I FIGURED I WOULD GIVE IT A SHOT AND BUY THE RECONDITIONED FOR ABOUT 60 BUCKS. NOW I REGRET HAVING FAITH IN A COMPANY RECONDITIONING THEIR PRODUCTS. MINE CAME IN A BOX WITH NO PROTECTION. NOTHING WAS BROKEN BUT IT DID SHOW WHERE IT HAD BEEN USED, BUT HEY IT WAS ONLY 60 BUCKS AND IF IT WORKS IT WOULD BE WOTH IT, WELL IT BLOWS CLOSER TO 70 MPH WIND RATHER THAN 170. IT IS SUPER LOUD AND CONTINOUSLY SOULD LIKE IT WAS A TICKLING TIME BOMB ABOUT TO EXPLODE IN MY HANDS. REALLY THE MOTOR SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS ABOUT TO BURST. IT IS VERY LOUD AND WOW THE VIBRATIONS....MAKES NOT ONLY YOUR HAND GO NUMB BUT ELBOW DOWN IN A MATER OF THREE MINUTES. I USED IT FOR LITTLE MORE THAN THREE MINUTES AND WHEN I CUT IT OFF, IT SOUNDED LIKE A CARS ENGINE THAT HAD JUST GOT DONE BEING DRIVEN LIKE IT WAS STOLEN. THIS LITTLE ENGINE WAS SO SO HOT, AND TICKING. BEFORE I FINISHED BLOWER OFF PATIO I WAS NOTICING A LOT OF HEAT COMING FROM IT. I WONDER HOW MUCH LONGER IT COULD HAVE RUN WITH OUT CATCHING ON FIRE. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS PRODUCT AND BUYING MY FIRST CHOICE...HUSQVARNA!
