I bought a brand new pole of power Homelite and was nothing but trouble. I had seen this for two years and spent more time with the repair. The first problem is the chain comes off very easily if the 9 times out of 10 gives the chain of events, and you need to make a complaint to the bar in the throat. The chain adjustment screw ripped the first time the chain came off his head. The third problem is the plastic handle has come loose and slip each time youused.
